Three Paths

CASE MANAGER III

Start your career at Valley Oaks as a Case Manager III/Skills Trainer III. You’ll work with clients to build personal support systems and advocate for needed resources. Qualifications include a high school diploma or GED plus one year of related work experience.

CASE MANAGER II

Advance your career at Valley Oaks as a Case Manager II/Skills Trainer II. You’ll help clients while furthering your own education. Qualifications include an associate degree in human behavioral science or another field with related volunteer/work experience.

CASE MANAGER I

Make an impact at Valley Oaks as a Case Manager I. Use your skills to assist clients while also growing your knowledge and experience. Qualifications include a bachelor’s degree in human behavioral science or another field with related volunteer/work experience.
